We checked in and were given a room with a balcony which is always a bonus. The room could have done with a bit of an update but bed was comfy, and although bathroom a bit dated the shower was decent. The hotel let us leave our big bags there when we went to Ha Long Bay for 3 days...

While cheap, with good wifi and a good location in Hanoi's Old Quarter there are much better hotels available in a similar price range. We checked out after 2 nights and moved hotels. Bed was uncomfortable and smelt of smoke. Pillow very lumpy. Bathroom was atrocious with damp and mould. Whole room smelt of smoke and damp and was very...

Hassle free place. Good value at 12 USD for a double bed with ensuite bathroom. Walking distance to the places I need to go to. The narrow stairs will pose a problem for elderly or slightly impaired guests. Staff is helpful in carrying the luggage. Free luggage storage/

Located in the centre of old town Ha Noi, this hotel is most convenient for us to travel around the town. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. The price is affordable. Best suggestion for everyone.

I stayed here for 1 night and observed the ft: 1. staff should be trained to speak in English. Most of the visitors of Hanoi are foreigners. 2. Be careful going up the stairs it was high and needed to be mindful of your steps. 3. Staffs should be friendly. They were not. 4. Good location near to everything right...

The rooms are old and the bed is awful. This is on par with old hotels in India. I'm not usually picky when it comes to rooms, but this is too much. The bathroom is the worst part of all, gross. You can find a much better spot than this for not much more money.

Me and my friend stayed there last week and was allover a good experience. You will get almost all good facilities for what you pay for. But I should tell the toilet is not good and the pipe looks like its 50 years old. Other than that for its price, its one of the best VFM hotel in Hoan Kiem....

I stayed there for 3 nights. Although I had booked a room with a window with a VIEW over the CITY, I got a room with a tiny window inside the building. All I could see out of the window was the staircase. It was pitch black in the room if the lights were off. The room smelled of mold....

Really wouldn't bother coming here the rooms are really small, if your on a high floor you have to walk up a lot of cramped stairs to get to the top. The receptionists don't speak much English and really don't go out of there way to make you feel valued. Kitchen was dirty they let me open the fridge to...
