Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed two nights the shower and toilet water both leaked considerable and I informed reception accordingly who didnt seem to phased by the incident. Breakfast catered more to the Asian cuisine than western but am able to get an omelet and toast. Toiletries supplied toothbrush, razor, soap there is also a fridge and kettle for hot water if you drink tea bring your own as a nation of coffee drinkers. A bank just over the road. The adapter seemed to pull the plug from the wall so did not charge correctly .A plus is that air con worked

This hotel is very nice and the staff is great. Mandy was an excellent receptionist and took the extra time to be friendly. The facilities are also nice and the cheap food is a big bonus. I think I will return in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights.
Buffet breaky was good. Wait staff were lovely and accommodating. Bathroom was not very practical and did have a mould situation happening. Didn’t like the fact the power / AC turned off when you left the room

Although the hotel is called 'city centre', it is about half an hour walking to the water puppet theatre, the lake and the main attractions. In hot and humid temperatures, this can be quite tiring. Rooms were big and clean. Good wifi. Breakfast only has limited choice.

Rooms are comfortable enough and clean. Staff are very friendly. Fairly good location with quite a few cafés and restaurants nearby. Tuan Nails up the road is also very good to get your nails done quickly if you're killing some time. Restaurant is not great. We had their buffet breakfast and it is difficult for vegetarians.

This hotel was booked through my Intrepid tour of Vietnam.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy and perfect after a long days travel / sightseeing. The room has A/C and the room I had, had an amazing view at sunset from the 9th floor.

The service of the staff is exceptional, very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They are also incredibly helpful when looking at things to do or places to see and they reserved tickets at the local water puppet show. A special thank you goes to Rosy who was very helpful especially when helping me pronounce my very limited Vietnamese!

I had the pleasure of staying here as part of an Intrepid tour of Vietnam. Not only is it in a great location, with descent size rooms, and delicious omelette for breakfast, it was the outstanding staff, especially Henry and Phan that made my stay memorable. I had arrived with acute anxiety, and Henry and Phan went out of their way to support and help me. If it wasn't for them, I would have been on the next flight home. They were quite to provide information, give directions, fix wifi, support me, make tea etc. Just outstanding and the most friendliest people, providing service always with a smile.

I stayed here for 5 nights before a long Vietnam tour started and it was wonderful. Great location, fairly quiet rooms (a tiny bit of street noise from the locals who love to beep their horns :-)), very spacious, a safe, fridge, tv, reverse cycle air con, kettle, many power points, phone and desk in each room, great wifi, hot water and good pressure in the showers, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean, professional and very helpful staff, very impressive breakfast spread included (including yummy Vietnamese coffee), their restaurant has very good local and international food also. Great value for money. I'd highly recommend them.
