Probably one of the best service we've encountered throughout my travels. The staff go above and beyond their duties to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. The room is very clean and with full amenities. We needed to get local SIM cards and the staff went out to purchase it for us and fix it on the...

We traveled with friends to see Hanoi and The E Central Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It is close enough to walk to the Lake or the Heart of the Old Quarter. The Staff at the E Central confirmed our rooms and made transportation arrangements for us from the airport. Upon our arrival we were treated graciously. The...

The staff make the hotel SUPERB. They thought of all our needs before we did. Breakfast was the best we've had in Vietnam. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. They transferred our luggage to our next hotel free, they packed a breakfast for my parents when they left early for the airport and kept a package for us when...

There is no better accommodation in all of Hanoi. Top of the list...the staff! Thuc the manager arranged our entire stay in Vietnam to be flawless. He gave us spot on recommendations for a food tour in Hanoi (with Sams a local college student), booked us to stay in Ha Long Bay on a luxury authentic Vietnamese ship, arranged us...

Want to be treated like a King or a Queen, or a Movie Star? Go to Hanoi and stay in the Hanoi E Central Hotel. It is a very rare experience. It's almost to much, their service, but it feels so good. The rooms are just excellent. Great beds, clean, comfortabel: they even have a laptop for you in the...

Everyone was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to find a tailor during the Lunar Holiday. The room was well made up and everything was new and clean. The shower had strong pressure and the toilet a strong flush. Satellite TV was fun too! Discovery Channel, movies. Fast Wifi.

I have stayed with families for two nights. In order to feel diversity we orginally planned to transfer our hotel from this hotel. However it was a my mistake. All staffs in this hotel seem to be fully ready to serve anything their customers want. In my case it was not only about moving our luggages to other hotel for...

We felt like family visit! At the end of our one month trip, we stayed more than three days here and became part of the warm hearted and perfekt organized E Central Hotel family. In the middle of the busy Old Part Quarter this was our silent, safe and clean base with a soft bed and the perfekt pillow. We...
