The staff (especially Tracy and Justin) were very welcoming and courteous. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with drinks and a map of the top places to eat and visit in Hanoi. Our room was cozy and bed was comfortable. We had some AC issues but our friends who were staying in another room and no problems. All in all...

My partner and I stayed at the Golden Sun Palace Hotel for 3 nights and we can honestly say we were blown away by the customer service, the quality of the rooms, location in Hanoi (very close to town centre but on a street location which meant we had a nice quiet nights sleep) and the value for money offered...

This hotel was my favorite hotel during my stay in Viet Nam, and I stayed there almost a week while exploring and transiting through Hanoi. The hotel is extremely well run. Since peace and quiet is important to me, I requested in rooms in the back away from the street. The rooms I stayed in were among the quietest in...

The hotel is located at the heart of tourist high light in Hanoi, walking distance to everywhere. The people at the front desk are excellent, helping with anything you want. The rooms r a bit small, but are clean so you can over look. The hotel provides discount for attractions so you might want to check with them before booking...

I think it worths the money, we paid about $35 for a room per night and I think its a fair price. The rooms were a bit small but doesn't bother me much. Location is not bad, there are restaurants around which you don't have to walk far away for meals. The beds and rooms were clean too. we were...

This hotel is great, with a very central location and clean rooms. The old quarter is a hectic place, but in this hotel it is easy to forget that the busy street is outside. There is little street noise in the rooms, which is good. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options - the pancakes were particularly nice! We...

Golden Sun Palace was located in a good central location in old quarter so that you were a short walk away from the Lake and could explore everything else very easily. The staff, especially Justin, Kelvin and Tracy were all very friendly, happily answering whatever questions we had, and even helping us translate on some phone calls we had to...

Small comfortable hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, the staff, in particularly Kelvin were extremely obliging. Good choice for breakfast and again very attentive staff. Rooms including en-suites were spotless with fresh bed linen and towels every day. We were a party of ten including a five-year-old boy and we all enjoyed it immensely. Will definitely return to...

Great service staff, efficient and very accommodating to our requests as we had difficult time after one luggage was lost when we arrived from Kuala Lumpur. Clean sheets, powerful water heater, and complimentary fruits and bottled water. Breakfast was wonderful as everything was made-to-order, with a large variety covering continental and local breakfast foods. Location is in a relatively (relative...
