We chose this hotel through the reviews written by guests who stayed in this hotel. I couldn't agree more to all the positive feedbacks. Special thanks to Ken who despite working extra long hours, took great care of us. And Justin, these 2 guys made our stay in Hanoi so enjoyable. Will choose this hotel anytime.

We stayed in this hotel for a few days to explore Hanoi. It's perfectly located in the old quarter within easy reach of Lake Kiem, other tourists sites and places to eat. The staff (Kevin and Justin in particular) were extremely helpful and friendly. Their knowledge helped us book the right tours for Sapa and Ha Long Bay which were...

The hotel itself is not dissimilar to most hotels in the "Old Quarter" rather short of space but adequate for a short stay. It is the friendliness and attention to detail of the staff that earns this place an "excellent" review. Up the Gunners!! One of the front of desk employees (whose english is impeccable) is an avid Arsenal fan...

Arriving in Veitnam with only a departure date in mind we had our holiday planned for us by the manager of the Sun Palace Hotel. Our travel to the different destinations was by private car or van. The drivers were so helpful giving out information as we travelled around. The guides were great taking us to out of the way...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights either side of a trip to ha long bay. From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive and could not do enough to help us settle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay in Hanoi. It is located in the centre...

The hotel is situated very close to Hoan Kiem lake and lots of amenities. The staff could not have been more helpful including getting us an upgrade on our Halong Bay trip. They organised transfers and helped with a query with online check in for flights. The breakfast was excellent , again the staff in the restaurant were great. We...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights on our last half of our vacation in Hanoi. The hotel is charming, and our room was very pretty, large and clean. It is in a great location in the old quarter. But the best part of our stay at this hotel was the service. The manager Justin was...

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is well located and really clean. Breakfast is great and the staff speak fantastic English and are happy to help with a smile. The last night, as it was our last night in Vietnam we were upgraded to a massive room. This was a lovely gesture and the perfect way to finish our...

We stayed for three nights and overall it was a pleasent experience. Close to everything and nice restaurants (gecko) close by. We had few minor "complaints" of our room (noise from the lobby/hall even with the double doors and dripping shower head at night) and the staff were very apologetic because of it, they gave us a free ride back...
