We arrived to the hotel very early due to a night bus, River was on reception and allowed us to check into the room at 7 am with no extra cost. The room was very clean with a nice big bed and flat screen tv. Perfect after our 11 hour journey. We originally were only staying one night but ended...

We loved this place. We stayed there, went to Sapa, came back, went to Halong Bay and came back a third time. We had three different rooms and while there does seem to be a difference between the size of rooms, they're all clean, have comfortable beds, have good wifi, free water and are all big enough. The main thing...

The hotel has just what you need. The breakfast is really good and complete, with fruit, bread, jam, viet soups and all kind of eggs, location is also excelent if you want to be in the middle of everything, and the best thing is the attention!!!

Firstly a positive is that staff member river was very friendly and approachable, When he was on shift there was always coffee and tea at reception and the place was looked after by him. We stayed in two different rooms as we had booked a night before and after our halong bay tour (booked through the hotel). The first room...

The room is pretty cheap: $18. It’s small, but confortable. During the winter, it’s nice to have a AC that heats too. The breakfast is ok. I didn’t understand at the beginning why the rating was so high. But then I did: the service is very good! - the relatively cheap ($65) 2-day trip to Halong Bay was pretty good...

Arrived here early morning 5.50am,from overnight train from Sapa. Front shutter was half closed, managed to get under it and up the stairs to reception, door locked, but then saw member of staff who had been sleeping on settee in lobby, who opened the door and helped us carry luggage. Too early to check into our room, but he kindly gave us...
