This place is one that I highly recommend if you stay in Hanoi! Excellent service, friendly staff, great location, great price and lovely rooms. They also put on a buffet breakfast and clean the rooms daily. I will be coming back here in the future!

I stayed here for five nights. Two nights in a standard double bed room and three nights in a dorm. I had a very nice time. The rooms are clean. The dorm is spacious with lockers. The ac and fans worked in both rooms. The staff are very nice and friendly, and helpful. They will organise bus tickets or taxis...

Back in Hanoi! In the middle of the dazzling old quarter, this hotel truly feels like home to me. I know I'll find here the best quality for my money. Rooms are clean and cozy: hot showers, comfy beds, and reliable air-conditioning. Breakfast included (a good one!). The location is perfect, etc. Yet, I keep going back there mostly for...

We had an amazing stay at Little Hanoi Diamond. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will go completely above and beyond what is expected. Handsome Dave gave us great advice on where and how to go in the area and Ivy gave us detailed information on booking our trip to Halong Bay. The trip was brilliant by the way, we...

Stayed here for 3 nights in total and I had a great experience. Beds were comfy and room a good temperature, bathroom was clean and provided complimentary soap and shampoo. Hotel is central to the old quarter and it's easy to walk to most destinations in Hanoi. Dave on reception was always smiling, fun and helpful. If I come back...

It has both dorm rooms and very nice private rooms, so it's sort of a hotel and hostel in one. The staff are excellent, always smiling, always ready to recommend places or help you find things. I booked a trip to Sapa through the hotel and it was one of the best things I've ever done. I stayed in both...

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I must say that the service is almost perfect! All the staff is very convenient and very friendly. They helped me and my friend to book a taxi, to print my plane tickets, to arrange an early check in for us... The plus one for me would be the breakfast which is...

The room assigned to us was rather spacious for 2 people. There are 3 beds, a nice chandelier and a tiny veranda. I like the view of a busy Old Quarter street in the morning. I can overhear the noise from the street and honking from motorcycles but it's tolerable. The hot and cold shower doesn't work properly the water...

Great value for money, the staff was very nice and helpfull. The room was big, clean and very comfortable, with a relly compleate breakfast buffet. Ask for handsome David, the concierge, he will give good tips on where to eat and what to do not only in hanoi but on your next destination in Vietnam.
