This is the place to stay in Hanoi, the hotel is perfect location, value for money! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe double room with windows and balcony. Breakfast is simple but that's okay Absolutely perfect!

We booked a triple room for 2 as we wanted a large room. The room is facing the street so we could have a good view outside. Although it can be a bit noisy but it does not bother us that much. Helpful staff, clean room, good location - all in all, a pleasurable experience.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable the Wi-Fi is excellent. You don't want to stay here if you have dodgy knees, as there are heaps of stairs. We were on the 5th floor and it was a tough climb after a day of pounding the Hanoi pavement.

The guest mentions much good ideal at the beginning. It is not fair when we discible very clear at our web page, we do not have lift, but the guest still chose and be disappointed about this. No lift is not our fault, please remove 3 point for us. Thanks!

For the money, this was a great choice for our 5 days in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and well cared for, the whole hotel felt quite well maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and almost every day supplied us with ideas and clear maps to help us navigate the local neighborhoods. The breakfast was just fine. Nothing...

A pleasant little hotel. Very helpful staff who arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. Provided a good base for exploring the Old Quarter and further afield. Breakfast is ample and included fruit, yoghurt, and eggs however you like them.

Stayed there three times now in between our trips to Halong and Sapa. Always 2-3 nights. Rooms were always very clean, staff very friendly and professional. You don't feel like just a number but like at home. They can also assist you with bus tickets or train tickets or simply just information on times and shedules. And tickets are the...

The bathroom was very clean also. My only problem was that the safe didn't work properly, so I couldn't use it. Overall a great hotel for a...

This place is right in the heart of Old town, great for using as a base to explore Hanoi! Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and breakfast is included! Lovely reception staff (breakfast staff were quite unfriendly for some reason). No frills place for a good price! I'd stay here again!

They arranged a pick up from the airport and we got held up for the visa process for more than 2 hrs and has noway to contact the driver to let him know of this issue, but the driver was waiting for us with a smile on his face when we came out.... that was their commitment to their customers....
