Well situated, clean with good rooms. Overall very pleased with this place. Only ate breakfast here which was also good. I would go back. Right near the old quarter which is a short walk away. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel too. Staff are friendly and wifi worked well.

Amidst the Old Hanoi streets lie this majestic hotel. Very reliable wi-fi connection. Decent Thai cuisine at the buffet breakfast. Staff are courteous, polite and very nice. The only problem I have with the hotel is the limited space in the dining area and lobby. It's like a boutique hostel. But when you get to the rooms, you will be...

The service in the hotel is excellent. Whatever we asked they sort us out. The breakfast was really good with many options and of course the location was just perfect. My only problem was that the rooms didn't have proper windows, just a tiny one.

I would rate this more of a business hotel than something for tourists. It was very nice nonetheless, with great rooms and an excellent location a few blocks from Green Lake. The breakfast room could not have been more claustrophobic and chaotic! You have to maneuver around staff and other guests.

Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was reasonable but not a great deal of choice. Great attraction of hotel is that it is very near the old quarter where there are many restaurants and bars as well as the local shops. Overall good city centre hotel

I can't say it the best choice to stay in Hanoi near the Sword Lake. However it will be a good choice if you do not want to spend too much money for your short stay in Hanoi and in the same time you required a suitable room and breakfirst included.

Thank you Megmagda for your recent stay and your review. We are very glad to hear your feedback. As a three star hotel, we usually arrange muslim food or special food as a big group request. Besides the buffet breakfast, we have the hot dishes on requests. So we can make it hot and good quality. Hope that next time...

A taxi from Hanoi airport to the hotel will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around 350,000 dong which is about $15 USD. Upon arrival to the lobby, the hotel seems small but the truth is that the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and willing to give you some recommendations of where to walk...

The staff at this hotel were super friendly, the rooms were great and the location was simply awesome for me to get around Hanoi by foot. The breakfast were a good mix of western and Vietnamese dishes. Will definitely stay here again.
