Our travel agent booked this hotel for our 3 night stay. Great location for us to wander around on our first day in Vietnam and for our guided breakfast tour through the old quarter. The hotel facilities are good value for money...we just had an issue with the shower screen leaking water all over the floor when taking a shower....

Good location, walking distance to all of your main tourist areas in Hanoi. We were ripped off by a taxi driver who drove past this hotel twice even though we told him to stop so that wasnt very nice to begin with! The staff were friendly, room was clean but had no outside view via a window. There was a...

This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Hanoi. Great location near to lots of local restaurants. We had a room at the front and were concerned about noise from the road when we checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, food was always good. Very easy to communicate in English with all staff and requests were handled promptly. Only issue was access to exercise room as the first floor lights were off whenever I tried otherwise. Highly recommend.

The hotel was perfectly situated for our 2-day stay in Hanoi. Walking distance from the lake and night market, but from our room no noise of the street. We dogs get quite a bit of noise outside our door as we were next to the elevator but that's probably to be expected and didn't bother us. Restaurant and reception staff...

Thank you very much for your recent stay. We are really sorry for the water shortage. As you see, it was ever the coldest time for this year we have experienced before. But we already fixed it and do not worry. We are looking forward to your next stay to see everything improved. Best regards Luan
