Angel Palace was like a haven to retreat to after exploring the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. I have read some bad reviews of this hotel here but seriously, when you're paying what you are for this place you should feel lucky. I have travelled to plenty of SE Asian countries and for prices even higher than Angel Palace, I...

It was well worth the money you spent for what you get. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again. Decent breakfasts, excellent location, well english speaking staff, we were very impressed and pleased with our 3 night stay.

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay here We stayed here for one night, then went on a cruise through Ha Long bay. On the night of the cruise the hotel was nice enough to hold our luggage for us in storage, as we were returning to stay here again the next night. Very convenient!! The staff service was...

Nice hotel in a great central location in the old part of town. Great city buzz full of life! The hotel has modern decor good sized rooms and a great breakfast catering to both westerners and non westerners. In addition, they have some of the best staff that I have encountered in many years. I've been in hospitality for 30...

We loved this hotel. Great value for money. Breakfast buffet was great, rooms were average size and came with free wifi. Carpet in room required some dry cleaning, but all other aspects of room were faultless. Staff were friendly and very approachable, many spoke English and assisted us in many ways. It was perfect walking distance from many attractions, including...

The room itself was a comfortable size and quiet on the 7th floor. The carpet could use some cleaning or updating but overall a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price had a decent selection. This hotel is just west of the hustle and bustle of the heart of old quarter so it didn't feel quite...

Excellent place especially for its price range. It's located on Silk Street and is just a few minutes' walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake, which is really where all the interesting places are. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is also very helpful and warm too, and can actually anticipate your needs.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. We stayed on level 7 which was great because we couldn't hear the traffic from the streets - it gave us a nice break from all the honking. No downsides to our stay!

This hotel is located in a great part of the city, surrounded by local establishments. Not western at all which made it very real and authentic and a great place to escape too if need be. The hotel is very over the top and garish, but that is what it seems like most small hotels in Hanoi are like. We...

This hotel was the first night in a tour package we'd organised, and didn't exactly have high hopes of it being anything spectacular. Well, weren't we eating our own words! Angel Palace Hotel was fantastic. It's in a great location, the staff are totally lovely and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I...
