I would rate this hotel as excellent . this is the best place to stay on Hanoi, it is very well located. I was lucky enough to get one of the best rooms with a balcony. Good service. Comfy bed. Great breakfast bar. Free wifi. Fabulous stay. PS. Don't walk down the ramp on entry..... It's slippery and I and another guest made an inglorious entry! Nice and central especially with cyclo outside to take you to wherever you'd like to go.

Best place to stay on Hanoi is the Old Quarter and the Angel Palace Hotel is very well located. We stayed 3 nights, we were made extremely welcome, very friendly staff at all times, room clean and comfortable, very quiet inside despite the amazing chaos outside. Restaurant attractive with good affordable meals. Cannot go wrong booking here.

We booked a tour to the halong bay and to sapa, both were nice and transportations were included and worked without complications. If we will get back to hanoi Angel Palace will...

Located in the city centre it is an average hotel... Rooms are old fashioned... Bathroom even more... Take a room with a window and you'll be overlooking roofs or antennas... Not very soundproof... Internet worked ok... Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Smell of cooking in the room (eggs) Rooms are clean but dust on the shelves...

We stayed here for 2 nights on a Vietnam holiday, pleasantly surprised with it. We originally booked the deluxe with window, which was quite nice but the view was nothing. We upgraded ourselves to the executive suite which was awesome. I use the same format for reviewing all stays. Staff 10 - Lou when we checked in was incredibly helpful,...
