We enjoyed our stay, we had five nights on the fourth floor in a room with small balcony overlooking the tiny street below. Quiet at night, they even swapped a mattress that we claimed was too hard for us (it was actually brand new). Very friendly with advice and tour tips, they set up an overnight in Halong Bay for...

This is a small hotel located in a lovely little street just tucked in behind the main drag around Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff are very friendly, Nghia even accomodating our breakfast request from the banh cuon lady outside. Breakfast provided is basic - bread and eggs and fruit, supplemented with chicken pho from outside. I recommend the chicken shop...

Basic accommodation with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in each of the three classes of rooms. First night (overnighter before Ha Long bay cruise) was in a very basic room. Clean and comfortable. After cruise we stayed another 2 nights. Problem with the room we were booked for so they upgraded us and moved us to new room...

The people here are really nice, they care about you and look after you. I did not eat there as they don't really do food but a simple breakfast is included in the price of the room. The location COULD NOT BE BETTER if you want to relax and suck in central Hanoi. I have to say I fell in...

The one and only good thing we got out of The Kangaroo Cafe was their recommendation of this hotel. This place holds the kind of staff that bends over backwards to ensure you have the best stay. When we checked in late, they woke from their sleep to unlock the doors and helped us to our room. You will find...

Great location. Just a few mintue walking to The Lake. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Many restaurants and cafe and attrations and historical spot within walking distance. Room needs some improvement. It seems the hotel run by family. Staffs are nice andhelpful.

There are so many small hotel options to select from within HaNoi, but was very happy with this small gem. Was extremely pleased with the location and the staff, especially Nghia and Chuong. I cannot thank you enough for how special you made me feel during my stay. Thanks Win!!

The hotel is a little worn and old, but very comfortable. What makes this a great choice is the helpful, friendly staff. They helped to book transport and hotels at other destinations. Great service from all the hotel staff.. They did everything possible to take care of us.

Very friendly hotel, good value and very clean. We stayed 4 nights at the Win and very much enjoyed the genuine friendliness of the staff. They were helpful in e.g. laundry service, getting train tickets booked - we could even brush our teeth in their bathroom before leaving to take a night train at the end of our stay! Location...
