It good I had made a wrong choice to stay in this hotel. That's not good like what i think before i come here. The room is not so clean, the staff serves late without apology. I dont think i can recommend this hotel to my friends.

Having returned to the Saigon hotel for the first time after two years, I have found a nice room renovation: carpet and curtain replaced and very clean. Good value hotel - I had room 307, very spacious room with a large double bed, large flt screen TV, lots of cable channels (few in English), large sitting area, on-suite bathroom, in-room safe, fridge, fruit bowl (refreshed every day), and a kettle with tea and coffee. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to excellent restaurants, shops, and the Hoan Kiem lake. It offers free internet in the room and reasonably good choices at breakfasts. Rooms are what one can expect in a three-star hotel which has been operated for over a decade: neither new nor run-down.

I stayed at the Saigon Hotel for 6 nights for business. Lodging arrangements were made for an entire group, so I could not change hotels, or I surely would have. I stayed here for a week during a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious with great air conditioning and the facilities were more than adequate. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip and it was terrible- dirty towels and sheets were just one problem. Also the doors didn't lock!! The breakfast buffet was the only acceptable part. I changed hotels and stayed at the DeSyloia and paid a bit extra for absolute luxury!
