always ready to help you, comfortable rooms and near everything, with a good breakfast and attractive ideas to go around. This is my favourite in Hanoi and this for a long time allready. Very friendly staff of course.

Located near busy ta hien but with well isolating windows, huge rooms compared to competition, definitely worth upgrade to the larger room. Breakfast is above average, since they serve cheese. Recommend for longer stays.

Mimi on the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the hotel is right in the middle of the old quarter. The hotel is slightly outdated and run down and needs a bit of a spruce up.

I came to Hanoi without planning anything ahead and some people have recommended this hotel to me. I'd recommend this hotel to people who want to explore the Old quarter of Hanoi because it's located in the heart of the Phố Cổ. You can walk around phố cổ, or go to hồ gươm, which takes about 5 min of walking....
