Excellent customer service, food, and value. You get more than you pay for. The room was very clean and there were no interruptions at night when you are trying to sleep. There is plenty to see within a short walk from the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in the Pan Pacific after a trip to Ha Long Bay. The room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. This was a pleasant oasis to return to after the busy noisy streets of Hanoi but easy to get a taxi for exploring. Good gym and pool. The view of...

The hotel recently changed from Sofitel Hanoi to Pan Pacific Hotel Hanoi. It is still at the Sofitel level with great staff and facilities. The service overall is excellent and rooms are good. Great choice at breakfast

Every employee is both courteous and efficient from checkin to checkout. The concierge personnel is awesome with directions, maps and helping to get taxi. The gym and spa are excellent as is the buffet breakfast. Not to be missed is the roof top bar overlooking Hanoi and West Lake. Thank you for a great two night stay.

After staying three nights at the Metropole and traveling around northern Vietnam we had an early flight home from Hanoi. Given the traffic in downtown Hanoi, the Metropole suggested we stay at a hotel at West Lake which is at the edge of the city less than 30 minutes from the airport. We were told that there are no decent...

Although this hotel is a little old the service was excellent!! We were hosted by a lady by the name of "Ha" and if I owned a business I would like for her to be the face of my company. Excellent at what she does, very humble, knowledgeable and provided great service. Overall good experience however my advice is to...

We booked the hotel over the Tet celebration night of Saturday . Our bill for one night was over 6,000,000 dong! And we didn't touch the very overpriced items in the bar in the room This is their normal prices, and it turned out to be an expensive one The main corridors smelt musty and the carpets were dirty in...

This luxury hotel is well located on West Lake ringed by busy roads and many restaurants. We had a suite on the 11th floor which gave us a great view and the amazing club membership. This made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed free breakfast, afternoon tea and an appetizer drinks period as well. The appetizer time was...
