It was a windy, rainy and chilly night in May. A little too cold for a summer night in Hanoi. But it was worth much. Staffs were very nice and police, they even asked us if we wanted to use blankets instead of moving to the inside (at this time it was windy and chilly only, not raining yet). There...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 April 2017

Had a wonderful three nights in Hanoi and totally enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. Friendly staff, good location and comfortable room. Enjoyed our early evening drinks and nibbles on the 17th Floor in the Executive Lounge where we were able to catch up with other people we knew. Breakfasts in the Pacifica Lounge were excellent, great omelettes and...

Dear Siety M, Thank you for your great recommendation of our hotel. We were excited to read how much you enjoyed your stay, the access to our Pacific Club Lounge and the breakfast at Pacifica restaurant. Thank you for pointing them out, along with the service received by our associates. It makes us proud to know that your experience was...

I selected the Pan Pacific simply because it was the pickup and dropoff point for the tour we had planned, which made it the easy choice. Nothing terribly wrong with the place, but it's definitely not 5-star, the fabric of the rooms is a bit jaded, and it's just a bit far from the interesting parts of Hanoi city. On...

My colleague and I stayed here during a work trip and really liked where it was located - right near the water so you could easily walk across the bridge and over to the other side and to the wonderfully exotic and lively Hoan Kiem District (or Old Quarter). Hanoi feels more Vietnamese than Ho Chi Minh City somehow -...

Hotel room is spacious with good view to the lake, though in right it has an abandoned building that somehow disturb the view. Service is great, and breakfast is good, with enough choice of food to fulfill your tummy in the morning. For lunch you can try the chinese food restaurant in 2nd floor, and when the night is coming...

The Pan Pacific is located about 5-10 mins north of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, overlooking the Beautiful Lake with a view of Tran Quoc Pagoda The staff at the Hotel were always pleasant to deal with and always had a smile. The rooms were great, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked great in the hotel throughout...

We had club access with the upgrade and it is well worth every cent, drinks and food every night and able to use the facilities during the day...

The hotel is in a good position next to the lake with some interesting walks around the area (mind the traffic!). The rooms are large and spacious and everything worked well. The indoor pool was well maintained and the roof opens us when it is warmer. It is worthwhile getting a lake view room as it is really lovely. The...

Nothing about this hotel is going to upset you, but it won't delight you either! It has everything you need and runs extremely efficiently, but nothing about it makes you go wow! I think it's usable for those on a budget but please don't book this if you're aiming to impress.
