Our visit to Hanoi was great thanks to the wonderful and very helpful staff .They were attentive as to how we felt and helped us with providing information on places to see and things to do. The hotel is close to everything in the old quarter of Hanoi. A great trip to Sapa and another one to Halong Bay were...

We have had the best experience with these guys, they seem to genuinely want the best possible experience for their clients. When we got to the hotel, we were sat down at a table and she went through hotel information, all the attractions worth seeing in the city and offered a welcome drink, they gave us a free upgrade to...

I cannot say enough about the staff working here. Their English was impeccable, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. We arrived and Eliza took us through local sights and restaurant recommendations. She recommended a Ha Long bay tour with Aclass cruises which we went on and was an excellent tour. I later gave a taxi driver 500dong instead of 50...

We booked and stayed in this hotel upon arrival to hanoi.we had ordered an airport pickup which was there on time in a comfy ride. Excellent location and staff, rooms also as good and great value for money. Breakfast a delight. We also booked a 2d1n cruise in Halong Bay at the reception and had no regrets.

The hotel is located off a quieter side street. We were fortunate that our room didn't face on the street so it was probably quieter than other rooms which may have been at the front of the hotel. Our room was nice, we stayed in a triple room which had more space. The bathroom got very humid. The only complaint...

Very good service, outstanding help with booking and directions. Lots on knowledge to be shared on good places to eat. Very close to lots of markets, lakes and food. Room was also good, only thing I would improve is having a window in our room. Over all very good.

We came here twice.....the first time the room was just ok...on floor 2 at the front of the hotel....the bed was very hard, the room was noisy, we found it a bit tired, old and not that clean and no hot water....next morning we did make it known, so after our overnight tour, we were given another room on floor...
