The staff here are outstanding. Very welcoming, bright, professional. Upon arrival you are offered complimentary tea, coffee or juice. The staff offered to show us around the map and recommend some places to visit. We arrived at 11.30am and check in is at 2pm so they even offered to check us into another hotel, complimentary, until our room was ready!...

Great location in the heart of the backpacker district. This is a comfortable hotel with well-serviced rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful, airport pick-up was provided as well as information on tours to Halong Bay.

The price is unbelievable. Approx $28 per night is unbelievable value. Such a luxurious huge room, with TV, balcony, fridge. Extremely clean. Ha Long Bay tour booked through A class tours was brilliant too (Carina cruise). But the best part of this hotel.were the staff!!! So friendly, so happy to help. I have stayed at this hotel for a few times before, i am always satisfied with the service they provide especially the reception is very helpful and at the same time professional. The room is more than enough for a good night rest and sleeping. Plus point is the hotel is conveniently well located in the old quarter and a...

Booked the Hotel because of its high rating. Welcome from the staff was excellent. I got a room on the third floor 306 with street view. Even with the good windows the honk noise from the street was by some means disturbing at night. Changed the room to the fourth floor because the cleaning staff smoked on the balcony during...

It's a quite small hotel with not much hype about its location and ambience but suitable for couples who want to experience the streets of Vietnam and don't really focus on the facilities of the hotel. Rooms are good enough for a comfortable stay but ACs take Long to cool the room. Staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here initially for two nights for our time in Hanoi. After having a nightmare at the airport, the hotel helped us out so much which I couldn't thank them enough for! Very helpful and welcoming from the start, the receptionists and the bell boys were fantastic, very helpful! We ended up booking our Ha Long...

Staff friendly on reception. Good location with a short walk to the Lake. We were a group of 9 with four rooms including one family room. Rooms were basic with water heater halfway out of bathroom ceiling but otherwise comfortable. Family room was dire - too small with only glass separating shower/toilet from bathroom. Not much choice for breakfast and...

We were 2 families of 4 & stayed on levels 3 & 4 which gave us an entire floor per family, kids in 1 room & us in another room, which was great. Although the rooms were a little bit tired, the staff made the stay incredible. Nothing was too much to ask for & they even walked me to...
