We really enjoyed our stay at Rising Dragon Villa Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's worth paying extra for the bigger room as there is a lot more light and space. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Hanoi. The breakfast is really nice with lots of options.

The staff was friendly but the room was not worth it. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with springs poking out. The shower was rusty and employees entered my room even when I placed the "do not disturb" sign. The breakfast was pretty good but my hostel stay down the road at Old Quarter Hanoi View Hostel was far more comfortable...

To call the room "deluxe" is a little bit exaggerated. We had the no 801 with small window in the back and it was very quite. Only the elevator is very loud! Staff is very friendly and helpful - even when we arrived our room was not yet ready (7 am) and we could us fresh up in a other...

Due to a double booking, we had to stay somewhere else but when we returned after an overnight boat trip, the staff and manager totally made up for this mishap. We were upgraded to a Deluxe City View room at no additional cost, which was spacious and very clean. Very good breakfast included. The staff also arranged for our transport...

We stayed at the Rising Dragon for 3 nights. The first night we stayed in a superior double room, which was clean and tidy, but very small. The next day we were immediately upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great. It was spacious, we had a little balcony and a nice bathroom. We used the laundry service and had...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff is very friendly and made an exceptional effort in booking great tours for us, providing sightseeing and food recommendations and support with travel logistics; we were even escorted to the sleeping train cabin to make sure we are getting on the right train. The location is fantastic for exploring...

We stayed here for two nights initially and for another six when in Hanoi again because we loved it so much. We came back primarily because of the service. The staff are second to none and we're extremely helpful throughout our trip. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff, house keeping to porters, they all made a positive impact...
