We booked this through Hotwire and as others have stated the rooms are not what are portrayed. The rooms were clean enough but very dated and dark, you could certainly find better places to stay for the same money. Staff were nice but spoke little English. Our safe was broken (and the rusting battery compartment told me it had been...

Stayed here one night before my trip to Sapa. Arrived late in the night and left early in the morning. The staff was friendly but the room (single superior) was nothing like the pictures. It was more like 50 shades of brown in grandmas apartment. Would benfit from some other colours :D Also on Agoda it said that it would...

We stayed at Mai Hotel for a total 5 days during our trip to Hanoi in late Sep 2015. The hotel has just been taken over by a new management team (a few months old) and they're currently undergoing a re-branding exercise, along with physical renovations, to update their rooms and facilities. With the current set-up, the rooms might feel...

I have just returned from Ha Noi, this was my second visit this year and after being so well looked after earlier in the year, I was more than happy to return again. Some of the staff were still there from last time and remembered me others have moved on. The service received is impeccable, good size rooms, with everything...

We stayed only 1 night. We booked 3 Superior rooms, the hotel upgraded 01 room to Deluxe (which has small window) but we seem that there is no difference between Deluxe and Superior room. The bed is large, soft, comfortable. The door man/bell man is friendly and helpful, but the receptionist is not as friendly as him. Overall recommend this...

We love Mai Hotel!! The hotel is clean, the rooms have complimentary water, tea/coffee, toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfats is tasty with either a buffet option or you can order Pho Ga/Bo and eggs etc. Mr Jimmy and the reception staff are so wonderful- they have helped us out so many times whilst weve been here- we had quite a...

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights at an extremely reasonable price for the quality of service, bedding, breakfast and overall experience received. Not only were we greeted by the manager upon arrival but had great conversations and tips given by all friendly staff members. The highlight of the trip was most definitely the cake provided...

We got to this hotel midnight. this hotel has a front person 7/24. Security is OK. I left some stuff in my room but cleaning person didnt bring them. They have good manners. After checking in , we found that fridge didn't work at...
