Located near the lake in hanoi old quarter. Room was a bit smaller than expected (we staid in a deluxe) but very confortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a choice of cooked meak or buffet - did not tried the cook meals, but the buffet could be better. Also the room for breakfast is not very big so better...

From the moment you step in the door until you leave, you feel special. The rooms aren't big but they have nice amenities throughout. The shower is gigantic with the rest of the bathroom well appointed. The rooftop bar is amazing and not expensive. Also, it is handy to Hoan Kiem Lake, which is a good place for a stroll...

The service was lovely and rooms were nice, air conditioned and really clean. Wifi was fast too which was a bonus. The hotel is tucked away but in a great located on a quiet street. It was just a short walk from all the action - the lake, food and shopping.

This hotel was located in a side street with many similar size hotels in the same street. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. It is only a minute walk to the lake and rising early to see thousands of people exercising is a must.

I visited this hotel 3 months ago. It was a small hotel but service was great. Room: wide & clean, vintage style. Breakfast: Delicious Staff were nice and friendly. From Topview bar, you can see Hoan Kiem Lake and many attractive corners of Hanoi.

The hotel's location is perfect, just 5 mins from the lake, old city and French quarter. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was large and very varied. There was fast wifi in...

Very nice hotel in the Old Quarter. Great location for walking to local shops restaurants and Hoan Kiem Lake. Stayed one night before our two night stay in Sapa and one night upon return to Hanoi. Received free upgrades both nights! The hotel kept our luggage without charge as we only took back packs to Sapa. The staff were very...

Street views of the many boutique hotels put alot of effort in the first impression as viewed from street level. Thankfully the effort is continued through the hotel (but more subtle).Lots of marble, gilt and glamorous lights. At the Gondola the rooms were tastefully and comfortably decorated. Bathroom was clean and well lit. The breakfast buffet was great value with...

We stayed at the Gondola Hotel for one night before heading to Halong Bay. Our room with city and lake view was tiny but clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and is served from 6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The staff ist friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located west of Lake Ho Hoan Kiem and a good...

The rooms are nice, bed quite firm but with all that was going on we were quite tired so could sleep ok. Dry cleaning service very reliable. Wifi access free to use but not a...
