We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of March 2016 as part of a mini tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We arrived early around 6.45am after a long flight from the UK and were lucky enough to be given a room straight away where we could catch up on some much needed sleep. We were also allowed to...

We stayed here as part of an organised tour, so didn't book on basis of value. However, it is perfectly located in the Old Town with plenty of food options close by and not too far to the Lake and Beer Street if you like cheap beer (and crowds!). Rooms are pretty good and the hotel staff were helpful, organising...

Good value for money and great location in the old quarters of Hanoi, right on a more quiet street with lots of street food and nice restaurants. Easy to walk to any sight. Friendly staff. Rooms are simple but nice and clean.

Stayed in a large seventh floor room. Usual room amenities. Good levels of housekeeping. Breakfast room does get very busy so post 9am is generally better, there is good range of foods on offer. Staff are all very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located in a busy city so there is some noise however the levels are not too...

When i am travelling alone all I expect from a hotel is a comfortable bed, blinds that keep out the light, hot water, a nice breakfast, friendly helpful staff, strong wifi - and clean. The Hanoi Sky is all of this and more and I don't hesitate to recomend it to anyone who expects the same. I almost forget -...

We arrived at the hotel at about 5am after a long train journey and were surprised to find other guests sitting on the steps of the hotel, (having just arrived on the same train as us) due to the hotel being locked! We waited about 5 minutes before they welcomed us in - but we didn't expect to wait on...

Excellent location in the old town and within walking distance of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in the more modern area. The hotel is ideal for a short city stay, we were there for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The rooms are standard size but with a huge super king size bed and very comfortable. We were B&B and the...

Very central, not far from the "chaos" of old quarter but you're protected from all of this, if you want. Nice staff, cleanest room (not the biggest but it wasn't a problem for me), great breakfast which start early (ideal good for that idea of making a day trip to Halong bay). Near everything (restaurants, markets). Not the best price...

Great breakfast , helpful staff, good location but not a four star hotel. Room was cramped with too much furniture and bathroom needed updating. Excessive Noise late at night from restaurants outside and not the best way to get a much needed nights sleep after a long flight from UK especially when it continued for the three nights that we...

Worst hotel we stayed in during our tour of Vietnam. Would rather have paid a bit more and had a better hotel. Breakfast was cold because staff didn't put the burners on even after we pointed this out to them. Second morning still cold! Have stayed in many hotels around the world and this has to be the worst. Avoid...
