There is a good location in old quarter area. Only few minutes (5 to 10 minutes) to night market in Hanoi. Moreover, staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Bed is also good as well.

We arrived at 6:30 AM in Hanoi off the night bus in the POURING rain. My partner was obviously ill with a high fever. Peter arranged to have a room ready for us by 8 AM with no extra fee for such an early check in and upgraded our room at no extra charge for that one night. He also...

My partner and I stayed for two nights and found the hotel to be perfect for us, the staff was very welcoming and helped arrange all requests with ease. Will be back in July for more of what Hanoi has to offer.. Breakfast was perfect. Love Vietnamese coffee served :)

Booked the room on Agoda which is normally pretty reliable when it comes to their reviews/ratings, but this was an exception. The room seriously needs some sprucing up. A coat of paint is long overdue, as is a deep cleaning of the air con and bathroom. Removing the mold would also go a long way to improve the smell. Otherwise...

Every moment of my stay in Hibiscus Hotel was outstanding. The owner, Peter, was very welcoming and went above and beyond. He arranged airport pickup and fantastic tours to Sa Pa mountains, Ha Long Bay and Tam Coc at very good prices. He helped plan my itinerary for the rest of my trip and booked train tickets. My luggage was...

Hanoi Hibiscus hotel is basic but clean. Well placed smack in the middle of the old Quarter. My first priority was to be near the Cathedral and I can see the church right outside my window. Peter helped me with all my questions and concerns, the transfers provided were on time and efficient. I saw him guide a backpacker through...

We stayed there for 4 nights and I must say I couldn't wait to get out of the hotel and have a proper rest finally. The hotel itself is very noisy so deffnetly bring your ear Plugs although I don't think that will help. There is noise from everywhere; from the hallway, from the stairs, from outside... The hotel itself...

Hanoi Hibiscus was a good clean hotel and we would stay there again! The front desk was helpful exchanging money and renting a scooter. Breakfast was good and tasty. The location is in the heart of hanoi with lots of energy.
