Well, Not a great stay. My room was small and smelly, very old. dirty curtain. Staff were not friendly at all, check in taking time. Only one thing good about this hotel is its location, you can have many choice around.

Good location! However the rooms were dusty and looks quite old! Would reccomend some refurbishment to be done. Staff is friendly but not all the time! Would not exactly reccomend this hotel unless you're going for location! You get what you pay for!

I stayed at this hotel three times for a night each between side trips around Hanoi. I appreciated the included breakfast and the best part was the enclosed glass shower (hallelujah for a dry bathroom floor) It is a simple place but met my needs the staff were friendly and location was great.

The location was good - that's just about where the positives stop! We had damp in the room - it was totally disgusting. I suppose you get what you pay for as it was really cheap. On the plus note - the staff were very helpful. Overall better available for the money paid.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in throughout SEAsia. We originally booked the 'time hotel' around the corner but they moved us due to the rooms being full. When we arrived at the Apple hotel we were greeted by the stench of sewage. We then walked through the filthy lobby where wallpaper was falling away from...

We stayed at ha noi apple hotel on arrival in Vietnam, and we found it to be clean, with friendly staff and a good location. The staff sometimes struggled with english so it was difficult to ask advice on how to get to places, and the accommodation was quite basic. But for the price we paid well worth it.

Ok hotel. Stayed for a night after being redirected by Time Hotel (they didn't have rooms despite our booking) as this hotel comes under the same management. So basically didn't have a choice but to stay here. We wanted a standard room but since we had paid more to Time, we were told by the Apple Hotel person that they...

Stayed at this hotel twice. - First time the air-con was leaking water all night; there were bugs in the room also; TV was not working. Receptionist was apologetic though. - Second time the room was decent but the male receptionist gave us attitude. When we got down at 9 in the morning, expecting breakfast, he told us without even...

This boutique hotel is now under the same management as "Time Hotel" (not to be confused with "The Time Hotel"). It is situated in the Old Quarter and convenient for many of the amenities on offer. My room was basic but comfortable having a comfortable double bed, a long table, safe deposit box, refrigerator, colour TV, a kettle and cups...

We've been at Hanoi apple hotel for two nights. Room very clean and comfortable. Wifi didn't work for all the time we spent there, even when we asked the staff they didn't care about us just saying they will fix it. Location so so.. No very close to the main attraction.

“3 rooms per floor: front, middle, and back of building. 101, 201, 301, 401, 501 all front the street. Back is most quiet, middle rooms have small window overlooking the stairwell. I had room 201. Would happily stay in this room again, great views of street life. The twin beds are over-size, would be adequate for a large man.”

“We stayed in room 102 just up the stairs. It was a nice room and pretty quiet. The smell of breaky comes up the stairs a wee bit in the morning but it didn't concern us. If you are an ex firie and like to be near the exit this is the digs you want. :-) this street and area is famous for its fish meals and they are just next door. You don't hear the crowds though.”
