My family and I stay in this hotel for 3 nights and then go to halong bay and then come back. Everytime is the good feeling that the staff here bring to us. Kind and very sweet. My son said that he want to go back to Hanoi again soon and we absolutely will book again.

Though the rooms were comfortable, but the hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar. Hence, if you want anything after 1030 AM, you have to go out of the hotel to get it. They only provide an average breakfast. The staff does not understand English- hence communicating with them is a major problem.

Stayed here for one night mid September. Service was great, receptionist and luggage handlers very friendly and polite. The room was comfortable , very big , we ordered a standard room but got a free upgrade

Nice location, decent rooms for what you pay for. Staff was very attentive. Good breakfast and great service. Comfortable rooms with nice wooden floors and raised ceiling. To add it was all clean and air conditioning was perfect.

This hotel is right in the Old Quarter. They look like a narrow building, but it expands inside like every place in Hanoi. Wonderful rooms with wood floors & great breakfast. Good room temperature control. Main check-in area is nice and has massage chairs. A little weird that they keep your key while you're gone for the day, but it all worked out great.

Due to many guests lost their key because putting their key in the pocket and the hotel will have to charge a fee to buy another key. We receive many complains from guests so we decide to ask guests leave their key at receptionists when they leave to protect the key and give guests their mind free. If you don't want to give back the key at the receptionists, simply tell them that you want to keep the key and the problem solve. This was fine...clean room, decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There are many hotels on this street. Some cost a little less but are not nearly as nice with free breakfast to boot and some cost a bit more but have better service, nicer rooms, and better breakfast. However, it was good value for the price.

I see you mention the price problem, we always try our best to decrease the price so our guests will always be happy with our Hotel and Service. But i can guarantee, our hotel is one of the hotels that have the biggest room in Hanoi, some of our room can reach 60m2. The reason is we want our guests to feel like home and have free space to move around and not feel like in the box. We have low inventory so we can't set the price too low. It is a good solid hotel in the middle of the old town. The room was clean and the A/C work great. Easy to walk everywhere. The front desk is helpfully. The breakfast could use some work... not to much of selection

I had a trip to Vietnam in this August with my friends and I booked 2 rooms for 4 people for our trip. That’s a wonderful experience for us when we stayed there. The room is not too big but it’s enough space for 2 people and is really comfortable. Staff was also happy and friendly. They showed us where we could come to enjoy delicious food. This hotel is in dowtown so it’s really convenient to us for travelling. I will choose this hotel again for my next trips to Hanoi.
