Great service, My Nguyen was very kind and friendly. Clean and comfortable room as well. They also offer tours and advice for travellers. Near the city town so you can walk around and visit several places.

Perfect location for staying in Hanoi. James was helpful with bookings. Awesome stay. Rooms are pretty big for a hostel and clean. The included breakfast is pretty good. Would stay again if back in Hanoi.

It's the last one, but you can get a cheaper bus the 17 from the domestic airport. You take a shuttle from the international terminal, and walk downstairs to the local buses. It's about 10 VND it's a 20 min walk though.
