I was nervous when booking our hotel in Hanoi as tripadvisor seemed to have a high number of suspicious reviews on so many hotels I wasn't sure what we'd find. I can't remember how I stumbled across this hotel but from the very first email enquiry the service was exemplary. From arranging the room, baby cot, airport transfers and visas,...

My friends and I spent two days & night in this hotel when we first landed in Hanoi. Although we paid at a very low and reasonable price but the services rendered by the hotel was more than what we paid for! The hotel provided airport transfer to the hotel, early check-in on the first day and late check-out until...

This was our favourite place we stayed in 7 weeks of travel, hands down! The staff are exceptional. Our room was huge and easily the nicest we had throughout Asia. The breakfasts were incredible. It was so nice to have a menu filled with choices. The ending was better than the beginning. I had printed off my boarding pass at...

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-placed hotel. We stayed 5 nights with a one-night hiatus to allow us to go to Halong Bay. We found it very clean, quiet considering the location, and comfortable. For visitors looking to enjoy the Old Quarter by foot, this hotel is perfectly located, and within easy walking distance to some other areas,...

This hotel is located down a lane in the old quarter so you need to drag your bags about 40mts and the taxi may have a problem finding it as ours did. The staff were very very helpful and friendly, we got upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, very comfortable. Breakfast choice was good and we enjoyed our...

It was a great experience to stay at Pearl Suites Hotel Hanoi, our trip consist of 12 persons & the trip was from 10/10/12 to 16/10/12. “Try ask for a room in the back for a quiet night fromt the Vietnamese scooters. The hotel was a little tricky to find, and turns out there was a change of name. Hanoi Suites Grand is the same as Pearl Suites Hotel and they both have the same address and a note of chage of address.”
