I had a good time stay here. After my bad experience with Jasmine Hotel, we changed our hotel to Pearl Suites, we booked a superior double for 25usd/night, and it was such a large room, so beautiful ( I guess they upgraded us to family room 'cause the room has 1 big bed and 1 small bed - but anyway,...

We stayed in their superior room for a few nights, the location was perfect as its in the centre of the old quarters.anything interesting was a walking distance away and this is useful especially on a heavy night as it means you can just walk back to the hotel. We got lost a couple of times but that was part...

Superb hotel with really genuine nice staff. Booked Halong Bay trip with Pearl Suites and got the best price compared to other people on our boat..... Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to the weather, however the cruise we chose had stated we would get partial refund due to the trip being cut short, were entitled to 40% of...

My wife and I don't have any complaints about Pearl except for the size of the room. Think college dorm. No really. I think we were given the smallest room in the entire hotel (room 402) but I guess that's what is expected for the ridiculously low price that we paid. There was a couple of other weird things about...

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, quiet, convenient with reasonable price. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a bit cultural shock upon arriving in Vietnam. But the warmest welcome from the staffs made us feel home. They were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and showed us the best...

From outside the hotel doesn't look very grand but from inside the hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. We stayed there 3 nights with an additional night at Halong Bay which was arranged by Alex the Manager at the Hotel. Got there on Sat June 8th and we were picked up by a driver F.O.C (arranged by hotel). Return trip...

I travelled to many countries in S.E Asia, yet I still remember Alex's name from one of the best stays I had. He truly went above and beyond for us on our short stay. Having just arrived in Vietnam,it was a bit of a culture shock,in a good way, so having the staff make us feel at home was a great...

We, a mature aged couple, stayed at Pearl Suites Grand Hotel for 4 night's and then 1 more night. The hotel is clean, quiet and in the best location in the old quarter. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Alex, the manager, organised our travel to Sapa and then to Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay and...

I stayed here for four nights. Check in and check out were fast. There was no sales pitch for tours. The morning breakfast was good and the two ladies working the breakfast room provided attentive service. I stayed in a standard room. Standard rooms have a window that opens to an interior corridor and measure 8x15 or 120 sq ft....

“Try ask for a room in the back for a quiet night fromt the Vietnamese scooters. The hotel was a little tricky to find, and turns out there was a change of name. Hanoi Suites Grand is the same as Pearl Suites Hotel and they both have the same address and a note of chage of address.”
