This was the second time I have stayed in the Thaison Palace Hotel and would reccomend this establishment to anyone travelling to Hanoi, and have already! Understanding, English speaking staff and accurate information add to the experience, and the premises are a 5min walk to Hoam Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi and its "Old Quarter" I found the tours...

This was our second visit staying at Thaison-and everything was good, the same as last year. The breakfast is excellent, free internet, nice rooms with really great A/C, and a good location. The staff here is professional and always ready to help. Mr. Chinh gave us some excellent advice, helped us with maps, and took care of a number of...

We were pleasantly surprised on our last trip, as we went to 9 Hang Voi Hanoi to a hotel we had stayed before and found it had been...

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi, this hotel was within easy walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, the Water Puppets, and lots of restaurants. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and for about $30 USD per night included a simple but adequate buffet breakfast, and free internet access. Free tea & coffee was available during the day, downstairs.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and approachable. And the services they offer is absolutely first class: room service, on-time walk-up call, free hearty breakfast, and...

Thaison Palace Hotel locates right in the hub of Hanoi's old town, where the famous Hoan Kiem lake situates (within 5 minutes of walking). Room is clean, wifi is available, restaurants are all around, all interest points of old town Hanoi are within walking distance, and the room price is very reasonable. By the way, breakfast is included. Everyone at...
