When we walked up to Koto, a staff member rushed over to the door to open it for us, took our bags, and handed us glasses of cold water. How nice! It was early in the morning so they had rooms opening up in the afternoon and they allowed us to keep our bags there in the meantime. After lunch...

I've been here last week. First I wasn't planning to but my friends were staying there and they booked a very nice Sapa tour at the hotel also for me. So I arrived in the morning after my night bus to leave to Sapa in the evening and I've got a free breakfast when I arrived and a free room...

It is serve across the street on another hotel on the top floor. Nothing special. Came back to the room to find roach...

Koto Hotel is a very very good hotel to stay at during visit to Hanoi. It is located down a nice quiet side street off of a main road in the city, staff are so helpful and kind, 1st class service, clean and well furnished rooms with brilliant bathrooms and nice shower. Only grudge would be that the beds could...

From our pickup at the airport we arrived at the hotel, our bags were taken right inside and we were offered cold water and shown to our rooms. The location is good right off of hang bong street, within walking distance of all shops, markets...

Good location and very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. It definitely worths its price (including a nice buffet breakfast). We also booked the tour for 3D2N in Halong Bay, (superior class) with them and it was fantastic. We could pay the tour afterwards, which was a garantee of trust and good treat for us.

We stayed one night here, staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is over the road in their other hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. You can also book tours with them for a decent price. I would recommend here to anyone. Enjoy :)

Highly recommended this hotel was originally booked into a dorm in the sister hostel bodega but as there was only one dorm bed they transferred us to koto to our own room for the same price. We arrived late and got the airport pickup direct to the hotel. It's a clean comfortable place and all the staff are more than...
