If 3.5 stars was existing I would have choose it. I put a 3 stars for the bathroom not cleaned enough and the young lady very pushy for tours. But I could put 4 stars for the very nice young man at reception, (maybe the manager), speaking very good english and always helpful. He really tryed his best for us....

The staff couldn't be more helpful! my friend got food poisening and we had to stay longer, they accommodated us. And even rang up the bus service and arranged for us to get it at a later date, so we didn't loose money. We did a couple of tours which were great, especially the one to halong bay! Would stay...

I tip my hat to the staff of Koto Hotel. This was my first big vacation anywhere overseas and I have to admit I was a little nervous but the super friendly and helpful people behind the desk really made my trip. Everyone was so knowledgable about Hanoi and surrounding areas, willing to help and please with any questions! The...

Big thanks to the staff at Koto Hotel. Originally had booked into the Bodega hostel but a glitch with the booking meant that they brought us across the road to the Koto Hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and breakfast included very reasonable price for such an excellent place. Would highly recommend.

I didn't expect much from the hotel given the extremely low price, but as I was arriving late and had to leave early the next morning, I just wanted a bed. I was pleasantly surprised. My room looked nice, and the bed was quite large and fitted into a room niche which made the small room feel bigger. Internet connectivity...

The room was cleaned every day and the included breakfast and air con, great value. I would definitely recommend for someone on a smaller budget,...

For a price that is not that like those in the backpackers streets we got a nice and clean double room. The bathroom was a bit less, but nothing less then we've seen before and afterwards. The best part about this place is the extremely friendly staff that is always ready to help you carry, hand you a glass of...

We stayed here for a total of 4 nites with a trip to Halong Bay for 1 nite. The bed we had which was in a fine room, was really the worst I have ever slept in. Flimsy cushioning for the metal, so it was difficult to sleep well. AC was great, altho it dripped onto the floor. The staff...
