The rooms in the newer phase of the hotel was good. the older phase was bad, room was old, heater not working, no lift and we need to walk 6 floors up. Breakfast was served upon ordering. So, get up earlier so that the kitchen can prepare your meals before your departure time.

We stayed here 3 out of 4 nights. Our third night they upgraded our room for free. Beds were very comfortable. Very cozy rooms with little to no noise from the outside. Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean and did not see any type of bugs I will definitely stay here again because the staff is accommodating,... More

Generally I don't review for normal rated hotels but this one is too bad to resist. Worst - -No lift.. If your room is on 5th floor consider it! -Breakfast consists of disgusting fruits which are as less as possible -On top of that it is full of mosquitoes -The lady at the reception is one of the most amazing... Located inside Hanoi's old quarter and is near a church. It is surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, souvenir shops, night market. You can go to Hoan Kiem lake in less than 5 minutes. Transportation is not a problem there. Love their chirping birds.

I would recommend this place to people on a budget. The breakfast was lovely. We had no problems here. Young Irish and 25. Maybe not a great... More

At first glance the hotel itself was nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our first room had a small leak in the ceiling which I gather was due to the rain. But it was soaking our bed so when we told the girl at the front she changed our room no questions asked. Our upgrade was nice...the... More

I stayed there for 3 nights with a friend, we wanted a quiet room with basics and cleanliness for around 20 dollars a night - we got what we were looking for. Generally speaking nice experience, with òf course a few minuses but that happens wherever you go. Great 1) LOCATION: idyllic and quiet street off the main road, with... More

We booked the hotel online, and the reviews seemed good. We arrived late at night, and the young man at the reception was useless, he just gave us the key and s told us to go up stairs to our room. No explanations on how anything worked, so we ended up having no hot water because the guy didn't tell... More
