My friends and I loved this hotel. It was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. I went for breakfast, which is unusual for me, and it was pretty good. There's a restaurant on the roof which is also good and nice nice views over the old town. The air conditioning in the rooms was the best I've experienced...

I would highly recommend the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel. It was in a great location- on the cutest little street and a little more genuine then right on the lake. Close to everything, comfortable rooms and amazing service- all the staff went above what they needed to and helped us with anything, even if it didn't relate to our hotel...

I could not speak more highly of this hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic - the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with anything we needed - from assisting with future bookings to recommending things to do in Vietnam. The hotel is in a great location, very close (short walking distance) to...

This is an excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. All the recommendations that Anna and her team made were great. They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day your. All of the facilities were great and breakfast was very generous.

We were stopping off for one night curing our trip around asia, and this hotel was a very nice and relaxing hotel to stay in. We were travelling with a couple which recently got married, and i told the hotel this- they arranged rose petals and balloons all over their room- they were very pleasantly surprised! Great place, great price...

Lovely hotel in Old Quarter Hanoi. Easy walk to lake, restaurants and attractions. Super nice staff, good breakfast buffet and lovely rooftop restaurant. Also had a lovely pedicure in the quiet spa next door. Heading back for another night before going to Halong Bay.

I was impressed..... I've traveled a lot over the years, and this was really a very nice place. The staff is wonderful, and the breakfast that is included is excellent. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is the rooftop (sun cover, but no walls). The view is nice and the food was great. I was lucky enough to also be...

A great value and comfortable hotel in Hanoi's old quarter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In the Old French quarter so right in the thick of it and not far from the must-see bia hoi district.

We had originally booked Rising Dragon Villa Hotel, but they hadn't recieved our booking, so they arranged for us to go to RD Palace Hotel. The taxi was paid for by the hotel and they said we would get the price we had originally agreed with booking.com which was extremely kind! The staff were so friendly and attentive, couldn't have...

I've stayed at the Rising Dragon Palace Hotel 2 times now. When i go back to Hanoi that will be my hotel of choice. It's a mid priced Hotel but what makes it stand out from others is it's amazing staff. They helped us organize transport to Sapa, recommended other Hotels in other cities, just went out of their way...
