I absolutely love dragon palace hotel. It ticks all of the boxes, from location, to helpful staff, to complete value for money. Buffet breakfast is included and delicious and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We organised tours through them without and hassles.. Definitely recommend to all travellers!

We stayed recently at this hotel and found it good value for the money we spent. The room while small was still attractively decorated and clean. However it was quite dark as the only small window overlooked another guest room and made it impossible to keep the curtain open. The soundproofing was poor as we could hear guests in other...

Good location, the city centre and lots of things to see in walking distance. Reception staff was very helpful, speaking good English. They recommended a fantastic fish place in 3 mins walking, it's called Cha Ca, but I'm not 100% sure, any way, this place does only one dish, some kind of fish hot pot, it was excellent :))). They...

Good value for the price - right in the mix of Old City. It had a small lobby, but rooms were roomy, just a bit of wear and tear on the furniture. Nice shower and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the basement restaurant which was good. The staff at the desk was very helpful and allowed...

Lady staff was friendly and informative. We took their recommended Halong Bay tour package and was pleased with the tour. The hotel and rooms well maintained and clean with complimentary fruits inside room. Please remember to ask for room that not situated at the corner as the noise from outside busy roads, authorities announcement and early morning train horns as...

We had a great experience at the Rising Dragon Palace! The staff was extremely helpful and we had a very comfortable room! We used the spa for massages (about 20usd for 60 min) and they were heavenly! We were even upgraded because our first room had a problem, but they took care of it seamlessly! Make sure to have dinner...

Whilst not everything was perfect by far and away the positives outweighed the negatives. We'd definitely stay again. First mention must go to the staff who were brilliant. Courteous, friendly and helpful. Not everyone had great English skills but everyone had the basics and there was always someone available who did have good English. Much appreciated. Feedback was actively sought...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and would highly recommend people to stay here when they visit Hanoi. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter and has easy walking access to most attractions. This hotel is great value for money. We organised our airport transfer with the manager, who promptly answered my email request. When we...

Just on the edge of the old quarter and a ten minute walk from the lake the Rising Dragon is well placed. The street is not that busy especially at night so it is quite quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful and were very happy to make phone calls to our various tour company's to check that we were...
