We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Clean room, wonderful breakfast breakfast and prompt service from the hotel staff at 35SGD (superior room), what more can you ask for? The location is in a excellent location with many shops around and short walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and St Joseph Cathedral. We're especially thankful to the Managing Director...

Stayed here 3 nights with my boyfriend. We arrived and left in the early hours of the morning due to flights and the staff were very helpful arranging transfers. The breakfast was great, the location is absolutely perfect if you want to explore the old town. Rooms are very nice, only downfall is that we didn't have a window in...

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in total. For 30 usd a night, there's nothing to complain about. It's located at the quieter stretch of the Old Quarters yet close enough from everything. The bed was very comfy for Vietnamese standard, service was good, wifi was fast. It'd be a lot more convenient if they could provide a...

For the price, is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. There is a tub and a stand up shower, a refrigerator, and a soft, comfortable bed. However the true standout is the staff and owner, who will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. My wife and I had a minor emergency, and the owner...

We originally only wanted to stay here for one day but then continued to extend it and explored Hanoi from here and did two tours, always returning to the Rising Dragon Palace :) When we arrived here they welcomed us with a drink of our choice (we chose coffee, which tasted good) and explained us the area and gave us...

Oh my, what a find! We stayed in a superior room (which was a total bargain at $US40 a night) and it was incredible. Very clean, large, large bathroom and recently renovated. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Have paid three times the price elsewhere in VN for much less. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rising Dragon Palace Hotel was nothing less than excellent. My partner and I travelled throughout Northern Vietnam for about 10 days, making three stops in Hanoi and using RDPH as our home base each time. The staff was extremely helpful and made our travels a million times easier. After days of hiking through mountains in the rain and returning to...

This place was incredible. The staff was very warm and friendly and the location was prime in terms of touring on our off days/hours. We were here for a research trip for the University of Toronto for 3 days. We were placed in this hotel, its quaint and the breakfast is superb (if you go in May, try all the...

We stayed for three days at this hotel before and after going to Halong Bay for an overnight boat cruise. The hotel is well located and in central to most areas with in walking distance the female Concierge spoke perfect english as with most of the staff and was a great source of information and advice. The hotel restaurant on...

Really friendly boutique hotel with all the amenities you could want with excellent customer service on top. Staff went out of their way to provide info and help to ensure comfort was maximized and we could escape the chaos of the city streets as soon as we walked in the door. Had a welcome drink on arrival while they annotated...
