We recently stayed here for 5 nights at the end of January. Finnegans had organised a car for us at the airport when we arrived which was great as we were both very tired from the long trip from Australia. We arrived prior to check-in and were greeted warmly with fresh fruit and coffee/tea while we waited for our room...

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Finnegan's. The hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of the old quarter, but down a quiet side street. The rooms we had were huge, the bathrooms impeccable, the beds really comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and quiet, at the back of the hotel. No view, but we like a...

This is a great place to stay because it is in the old quarter, the family are so helpful and speak good English and care that everyone has a great time. We did have a nice room with a balcony but it was very noisy so when we returned from Halong Bay, which we booked with Viet and was most...

We have stayed there quite a few times now and it is our hotel of choice when going to hanoi. Viet and Hanh always go that little bit further in making sure we are welcome and confortable in this lovely little hotel in the fun part of the city.

We stayed here about three weeks ago and everything was perfect, they pick us up at the airport and the room was really comfortable, except that didn't have any window. The staff was friendly and really helpful, until we mentioned we wanted to do the trip to Ha Long Bay. They first said that they can help us and that...

From the moment I sat down with Viet I knew I had done the right thing, arriving in Hanoi (first time in Vietnam) with nothing organised. He went about systematically organising my first 10 days including a trip to Sapa and flight to Phu Quoc. He obviously has a talent for itineraries. The hotel itself is meticulously clean and chicken...

We had a great stay at this hotel. Honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager Viet was very helpful dealing with a problem we had with a tour operator. You can be confident booking tours with this hotel. Breakfasts are excellent and plentiful.

The staff were really lovely, as was breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean. Viet organised our trips to Sapa and Halong Bay and our train tickets for us. They also followed our taxis to the stations for our trips and picked us up again, to make sure all was OK - even when...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my parents, sister, husband and kids. The staff treated us very nicely and professionally. They organized for us our trips to Sapa, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Everything was perfect. On the last day, while waiting for the driver to take us back to the airport, Hanh and Viet appeared with a...

We really couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Nestled on a (comparatively!) quiet street just off the main bustle of the Old Quarter, not only was Finnegans perfectly placed to explore Hanoi, but it turned out that the staff were eager to help us with anything and everything related to our stay not only in Hanoi, but...

Coming to my hotel, you will be pleased with the cozy and friendly atmosphere created through “like-brother-and-sister” staff; however, professional serving style is definitely maintained. It is proved through ten-year experience in hotel service. Despite lacking of five-star facilities, I always remind myself of putting my heart, soul and great effort to give the most memorable experience for you, even more than five- star service.
