Fantastic cheap hostel. Everything about our stay was made so easy by the really helpful staff. They organised our airport pick up, halong bay trip and on going bus to Hue- all of which were great! Definitely recommend the 3 day trip to halong bay and freedom island- well worth the extra money! Such a bargain for 5 dollars a... More

The Halong Bay organized tours are more expensive than what you'll find elsewhere. Compared to what people have been getting by booking with other agents in Hanoi it sounds well worth it though! Free beer and free internet is excellent. Breakfast is so-so, but hey! it's 5 USD a night and Hanoi is not that cheap when it comes to... More

I have been staying here during my whole Hanoi trip lasts for 8 days. People here are good and I almost get to know half of the staffs like Snow, Huong, Tai, Ann and Quan! If you want to taste some local delight, you should go to the stuff and join them for lunch. It will be a good experience!... More

This hostel is so successful, there are 3 of them now, in Hanoi. We stayed in No.2 in a mixed dorm room. All 3 are within the Old Quarter of Hanoi, so very convenient. Nice cool air conditioning in rooms, shared bathroom, but clean with hot water. The beds are hard, which suited us perfectly. There is a clean communal... More

It is a good place to stay, people are nice and the breakfast is delicious! However we had a huge problem when we bought the bus ticket with the receptionist to go to other cities (we were told that the we had no reservations and that our tickets were canceled!!).

Clean dorms. Great showers. Much nicer area to be based in than the old quarter, which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The food around here is much cheaper and far better. The staff are the highlight though, happy to help with anything and always keen to have a laugh. Higher floors are quieter but have progressively worse water... More

Wicked hostel. Free beer 7-8, free shot every hour, and good offers on drinks. Nice vibe. Lift isn't the most regular so ask for 2/3/4th floor. There is a chef special the is chicken, bacon and rice which is amazing. This place rocks!

We booked our trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa through the hostel and both were great value and a lot of fun. The happy hour is great and although some people say the beer isn't great it's more a way to meet people and then there's a bar crawl afterwards

Staff were instantly friendly upon my arrival. No booking was necessary and I got a bed in the same room as my friends who were already staying here. Helpful guidelines downstairs and was easy to understand how the hostel worked. Pretty standard rooms with decent beds and fairly clean. Bathroom was nice for such a low price although the hot...
