The Hotel Tirant is an excellent hotel perfectly located in the Old Quarter. Our room was excellent with very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast is very good with a variety of Western and Asian dishes available. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were redirected to this hotel as our first choice was not available after booking months earlier, there loss our gain. Staff were friendly rooms were clean and spacious. So good we came back after our Halong Bay cruise and were upgraded at same price. Great open roof top bar and breakfast has many choices.

We booked this hotel as a mid range for us ($65AU) and when we arrived I thought we were in the wrong place. It is very flash. We were upgraded to Deluxe room. There is a window with a view to a brick wall about 2 ft away from your window!! Bathroom was amazing. Bed is 2 doubles pushed together...

We spent 10 nights in the Hanoi Tirant in October, and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very clean and well organized; the rooms modern and comfortable; the staff very friendly, courteous, helpful and interested in our pleasure and wellbeing. Breakfast was great, with a large and varied selection of both Vietnamese and "western" food, eaten inside or outside...

We spent a total of 3 nights in this hotel in November. We arrived after a long flight at 6am only to find we could not get into our room, an oversight on our part - should have realised and booked for early check in. Staff were lovely, gave us water and assurances they would give us a room asap....

Nice location in the middle of the old quarter of a very hectic city. Great staff and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast and also has a rooftop pool/bar/restaurant at which we had an excellent dinner one night with great panoramic views of Hanoi. Recommended

We had room 813--king bed, nice bathroom, sitting area (equal in size to bedroom area), balcony. Water, tea, coffee, fruit in the room upon arrival. Complimentary laptop was in room. We had a twin brought in for our child. We immediately went to Ciel Spa on the ground floor. A women was leaving raving about her foot massage (saw her...

Do not miss the Ciel Spa on the ground floor of the Tirant Hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. My wife and I absolutely loved the great Siamese massages at this spa by the very professional Rose and Anna. Probably the best massages we have ever had. The Ciel Spa receptionist is Teresa Dang who is a most delightful...

Follwoing the cancellation of our tour to Halong Bay we were moved here from across the road. This is a great property compared to Mae de Ville Old Quarter across the road, however our room was very small. Possibly as we had a twin room. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, however it is the restaurant which really makes this...

We had a great stay at the Tirant. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The days trips we booked through the hotel were competitively priced and enjoyable. The breakfasts were pretty good, with a reasonable choice. The hotel even has a small pool, although it was a bit chilly when we...
