Old quarter location.Staff are nice.Room was good sized but smelly.Breakfast selection not so great and finishes too early and they clear out the food fast once time is over.Travel from the airport was arranged by the hotel worked out well and saved the taxi hassles. It is a bit expensive though for Vietnam but worth it for us

We returned several times to this hotel for varying lengths of stay and would recommend Tirant to anyone looking for a great, comfortable hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The staff re incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best that we had anywhere in Vietnam. The lower floors do...

We loved our stay at Tirant and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hanoi. We were looking for a place in the Old Quarter. It had to have breakfast and a pool. If it had a balcony, this would be even better. Tirant had them all. And they offered a complimentary pick up...

I travelled with my family for our Anniversary. Right from my booking of hotel, trip planning to cruise booking, everything was done very properly with proper communication. They upgraded me to suite rooms all 3 days we stayed. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, we had some emergency on the day we landed and they helped to find...

This hotel is in a great location, step out the door and turn right and your in the thick of it. I've stayed in Vietnam on 30 occasions at a number of locations and this is just heaven compared to the rest. The staff all talk English and can't help you enough. Restuarant meals are great. . I can't fault...

Great classy hotel in fantastic location - 7 minutes easy walk (easy = not too many big roads to cross!) to Lake. Yay, traffic around the lake is banned Friday night thru to Sunday night inclusive and the lake area comes alive and joyful. 5 minutes to weekend night market, and right in amongst Old Quarter with lots of exploring...

Stayed at the Tirant Hotel for 2 nights on arrival in Hanoi. The staff are really welcoming and the location is great - right in the heart of the old quarter. Despite the hustle and bustle going on around it, we found the room very quiet. I was a little disappointed that there was no natural light, but having now...

In Hanoi unless you pay the earth for a 5 star hotel the rooms are all quite small because space is at a premium, but this is a classy little hotel and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a good selection and the staff were ultra helpful and efficient.

We, a mature couple, stayed at the Tirant Hotel twice in the same week and on both occasions we enjoyed superb service from every member of staff with whom we came into contact. Nothing was too much trouble for them. On the first occasion we arrived at 5am and, understandably, our room was not available. However, the staff showed every...
