We stayed here on 2 separate nights, and on each occasion the front desk staff offered us a complimentary room upgrade. The first night we were on the 6th floor and we has to descend to the lobby and change lifts to access the 11th floor breakfast room, the second time we were on level 9 and could go directly...

After a late night check in, the receptionist asked the bell boy to deliver my 2 bags to my room. I negligently left my wallet in an outside pocket of my cabin bag. This was the only time I have ever placed it there when the bag was not in my presence. The bags were delivered to my room, but...

Stayed here for the last two days of our trip after our return from Phu Quoc. From the moment we booked this hotel back in May 2016 we got good service. Nancy contacted us via email and we were able to arrange reliable transfers to and from the airport at a reasonable price - so nice to have a man...

There are, no doubt, better quality hotels in Hanoi when it comes to room presentation and comfort. But what really makes the Tirant a great place to stay is its prime location on the edge of the Old Quarter. Step out the front door and you find yourself in the midst of the human madness of old Hanoi with its...

As with many hotels of this level where we have stayed it is rare to even spot a GM. in the wild!! It just gets better.Tirant has under gone some...

Dankass breakfast, dankass room, dankass pool. We treated ourselves during our stay in Hanoi.. we loved this place! Perfect location too, minutes away from the best bun cha spot, the lake, backpacking district. You know it's gonna be an awesome stay when they serve you a delicious cup of tea while you're waiting in the lobby to check in :)...

Stayed 3 nights at start of tour of.Vietnam and although street frontage is low key the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Aircon works well but major bonus is lovely rooftop bar and great breakfasts. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is small but adequate Recommended also because in the heart of the old city but quiet at nighttime.

This Hotel was booked for us as part of a 12 day Tour. We stayed 2 nights before heading out to Ha Long Bay for an overnight trip. We then returned for 1 extra night in Hanoi before flying home. The hotel was located in the heart of the old quarter, service was excellent, the rooms were spacious, the bed...
