We stayed at Tirant Hotel two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is fairly large. However, they may have to improve the lighting and/or color tone in the room. The room is clean but not super clean. It is acceptable though. I think if the room is

Duc and his staff were amazing. Hotel Tirant is located in the best area in the French quarter where everything is in walking distance. Their rooftop bar has an amazing view and great music and their breakfast buffet will not disappoint. If going to Hanoi, this is the hotel to

We based our selection of Hotel Tirant on location, the pool and the reviews which mostly all stated how fabulous the staff were. Yes the location was perfect and our room was roomy and clean with a terrace but was not very light - the weather was mostly cloudy during our stay.

I have stayed at the Tirant Hotel in Hanoi before with my family. We have always had a great experience there as it is brilliantly located in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and very well serviced. The staff are friendly

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter, lovely breakfast and amazing views from the rooftop bar. Also has a good swimming pool. Staff are lovely and very helpful. A comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price and very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Dear Mr. Jangerwitz, Thank you for reaching out to us through TripAdvisor. During our winter season which is from October to March 2018, the rooftop pool is closed. That explained why the review dated back in Dec. 2018 mentioning that the pool was not available. This policy was set due to safety reason and was posted thoroughly on all online websites so that our guests when come to the hotel would not find this as a surprise or hidden information. When you will be in Hanoi in April which is our summer (from April to September), our pool then will be available for service and I hope that when you come in, you will be able to enjoy the view and service offered. Once again, thank you for posting a question. We are expecting to be at your service. Best regards, Tirant Hotel Customer Service Personnel

Which room type I need to book with the windows view?
Hi for views, you will need to book a premium room, deluxe room or executive room. We had booked an executive room and when we got to the hotel, they upgraded us to a suite (which contained a balcony) for free.
