We stayed at the Tirant Hotel for 2 nights. First class treatment the staff were very friendly and always helpful. Loved the sky bar which was located on the 11th floor of the hotel. The most beautiful view of Hanoi City.

Cannot fault this hotel. We stayed at this hotel twice for 1 night. The welcome drink is amazing, shame they wouldn't give the recipe as it's their own. Got upgraded the first stay and the room was amazing, like a suite. Beautiful fixtures and fittings. Second stay we were in a normal room and was also very spacious and lovely....

Definitely worth a visit , the view is amazing you can see in all directions . I would not rush back for the food, my rib eye steak was not good ! It was very small and over cooked, asked for medium and it was well done ( understatement!) My wife had the chicken in pineapple leaves and it was...

We stayed for 3 nights and had a nice stay. We had two interconnecting rooms which worked well. The rooms were spacious and reasonably quiet. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing they need to improve is the air-conditioning did't work very well and it was too noisey to open the window.

We stayed for 2 nights prior to our one night trip to Halong Bay, then returned for another night upon our return. The hotel gladly stored most of our luggage to allow us to travel light to the Halong Bay Cruise (a godsend - try to do this if you are taking the cruise). The staff are lovely - always...

He is a true asset to this hotel and were really kind, helpful and professional at all times. We had treatments at the Spa, these were amazing, again the lady on the spa reception, Teresa, was...

I loved this hotel and especially it's location. You can walk to everything in the old quarter from the lake to Legends Bar. The staff are excellent and so are the rooms. I will definitely come back again and recommend the Tirant hotel especially for first timers who don't know where to stay to be close to the main areas...

My wife and stayed here for two nights in December 2016. First the good news: (1) the location in the Old Quarter is fantastic. As others have commented, it is located right in the thick of it. (2) The customer service by the hotel staff is superb. They were responsive to all requests and provided great advice on restaurants and...
