I stayed for Christmas eve. The beddings were excellent. I don't mind staying in bed during my entire stay. The pillows, duvet and mattress were very comfortable. The wait staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive during the dinner. Will definitely come back!
Location is the best point about this hotel, second is the staff. Appreciate a variety of Vietnamese a la carte dishes for breakfast. Small but cozy bar area for nice drinks. Room design is standard for MGallery. Given the location and popularity of the hotel, it was almost always fully occupied before Covid time. I stayed there around 5 times when I was in Hanoi but was upgraded once (Accor Diamond member).
We were not in-house guests, but decided to enjoy our tea break here after a nice stroll near the lake. At first we did a quick survey along our way at different 5-star hotels within walking distance and were hesitant at a wide range of selections. It was the professionalism and attentiveness of Minh, the front staff, that welcomed us back to dine in at Hotel de l’Opera. The idea and concept of a music box was a distinctive feature. The flavours and details on every piece of cake were remarkable for such a reasonable price. The environment was classy and quiet enough for a lovely tea break. For it being called “afternoon tea”, I’m glad the service is open at anytime of the day to attract more guests during this difficult Covid time. As a hotelier coming back home with a very high standard in hospitality, I’m truly impressed with what Hotel de l’Opera is offering. We will definitely come back and look forward to brand new ideas.…
Generous upgrade to 610 with perfect welcome amenities ( Cam on Trang for listening and hope to see you in person). Chien and his FO team (My, Linh) did alot of effort to satisfy their returning guest. F&B staff (Duy, Phuc) attentively took care of my dining. Halloween vibe should be made to start the festive season. ill return soon.
The upgrade was generous. Cuong and Viet at FO did a proper job with genuine attitude during my checkin& checkout. Rest of the stay didnt meet my expectation for MGallery Brand. This was the first stay in 2020 that i didnt receive any communication from customer relationship. Restaurant staff should be trained to host loyal customers
