Hotel in a convenient location if you want to explore or shop. Interesting neighborhood, very close to everywhere. Available restaurants, delicious food and shopping at low prices. Breakfast fresh, clean rooms. The region is very bustling at night becomes a quiet, all the surrounding shops are closed.

The hotel is very nice, good location, nice rooms and beds. The bathroom could use a little work. Given the price I would give three stars. The fourth, and most important, star is for Ngoc. Ngoc, The Amazing Receptionist and all around great person! She helped us with food, attractions and even trip to Ha Long. First we thought the...

The staff were extremely helpful and organised airport transfer and helped plan our days in Hanoi. They provided us with a map and explained the easiest route to get to each tourist attraction. Buffet breakfast was provided which was OK. All rooms had excellent Wi-Fi and were spacious. The showers were not great but that's OK. Located centrally in the...

It's an average budget hotel. Service is very good i'd say. Lift is too congested. Rooms are ok, with average kinds of furniture. Cleanliness is 4.5 out of 5. Location is the prime point as it is at the center of Old Quarter. Everything is just walk away. At that price point, they should improve their amenities at a bit...

I stayed for a night in this hotel and would suggest travelers to book family room instead of other rooms. Family room is really spacious and can accommodate up to 4 ppl in it, which is pretty worth the value. Another compliment that i must share is the number of electrical outlets. The supplies were more than what we expected...

Central in old quarter but on a busy commercial street. Need walk a couple of streets away for food. Location wise there are better similar hotels. Friendly and accommodative staff. Kind enough to make us an early breakfast. Rooms are dated but clean. Dont expect anything fancy for this price in a busy capital city and it wont disappoint.

We were allocated a room on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel. We are not fussy people and although we could see this room was a poor standard compared to others we stayed in on this trip for the same price, we were okay with it. That was until we had to use it. Where shall I...

I hate leaving bad reviews but, probably best avoid this hotel. The room didn't have what was advertised it was dated, the first had cigarettes in. So, we moved as I'm asthmatic. The breakfast was poor. The staff over charged what booking.com had said, and the airport transfer. The hotel was also really loud.

Located close to the ancient city, the Indichina Queen II Hotel is the perfect solution to visit Ha Noi. For few euros the hotel offers you a large and clean room with private bathroom, aircon and a quite good breakfast. What makes this hotel the perfect solution is the service they give you. From Ha Noi we moved to Ha...

The pictures of the rooms are very nice and this is exactly why we chose this place. What a surprise when we saw that the rooms are so different from the pictures. Everything is so tired and ugly. The humidity smell is awful and is everywhere. We had an awful view of old diapers on the roof of some building!...
