Great located at Old Quarter in the very quite place, close with many bars, restaurants. Just only 5 minutes to the Hoan Kiem Lake by walking, also to Water Puppet Show (I really enjoy it). I live in Thailand and have done for a while, so needed to get away from the Songkran festivities for a year. The best hotel in Hanoi . Excellent location in the heart of Hanoi. The unique atmosphere make the hotel staff . Very nice , helpful and always smiling - especially Mrs. Hoa !!! I would recommend this hotel .

The hotel is in the heart of the old quarter where all the restaurants are and the action is. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is exactly what you would expect for the money you are paying. Very basic, bed is good enough, bedding is adequately clean. The shower is kind of rubbish but works well...

The hotel itself is located in a great location in the midst of the backpacker hub. There are numerous restaurants and bara right outside your door. It can be an overwhelming area, but the bustle of the streets outside didn't carry throughout the hotel, which was a welcome surprise.
