Booked 2 nights at the hotel in between booking our Halong Bay cruise online. The staff were kind enough to keep our bags overnight. Being a solo traveler the camel city hotel is grt for location to the bars and clubs in the old quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful.also very helpful when it came to tours and things to do . Room not huge but good enough for sleeping.

Friendly staff but accommodation was not clean. The place is rundown a bit (cracked door frames and dusty in the corners). Location is quite central to the night market (just around the corner) and other attractions (about a 20 min walk from most attractions).

100 % recomendable , we feel very happy with trung . The breakfast delicious . Excellent location , the bedroom clean and comfortable . When we arrived , we were very welcome and feel like home. They keep our back pack when we went to Sapa.

To any first timers in Hanoi this is a fantastic option! The location is walking distance to all the hot spots in Hanoi including one of the busiest strips of restaurants, bars and shopping!! We'be been staying at the place for 3 nights. The location is perfect, cause it is really nearby the old city center and places to hang out. But the hotel rooms are differs from the pictures, ceilings are very low, room doors are not closing properly and you can hear every noise coming from the rooms nearby. Also two weeks...

Stayed here a few days. Good location to walk from to all the main touristy things to see. Linen and room always cleaned. Staff very friendly and very very helpful in booking tours and tickets. They gave good advise on tours and made suggestions that were very usefull. I'll stay here again.

Excellent service. We couldnt have asked for a better start to our trip in Vietnam. Ann was extremely friendly and so knowledgable about Vietnam and the area. Friendly staff!! Free breakfast included and right in the centre of everything and a 5 min walk from the lake (1 minute running) Rooms come with aircon, hot showers and water bottles. Trung was very helpful and helped us arrange a trip to sapa
