I used to stay in this hotel twice. The hotel is OK. The breakfast has lots of options with good service and wide dining room. I stay in Superior Room, though the room is small, it decorates really well with full of facilities and amenities. Not recommended if you have long stay because of lack of oxygen inside the room.

Our travel agent recommended this hotel and we used it as a base for our sightseeing in both in Hanoi and other cities. When travelling to other cities, we took what clothing and consumables we needed and left the rest of our baggage under the watchful eye of the front desk staff. (Nothing was ever stolen) Easy walking to the...

Stepping in and out is not comfortable. Breakfast also very average, staff are very friendly though. Situated in a busy street so lot's of noice during...

Nice hotel and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms where a good size and comfortable. We where on the seventh floor on our first stay. Closest to the street and it was very loud. But when we mentioned it to the front desk, we where up grade on our return and it was a lot better. Hotel is...

This hotel was the starter for a tour of Vietnam and we stayed for two nights. It was an amazing holiday. We booked with Freedom Asia and they organised our trip without a hitch - I seriously recommend them. Our only downside was the lack of leg room on the outward flight with Malaysian Air - I'm 2m tall and...

The hotel is in the quiet side of town. Staff takes time to respond but is eager to please. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and serves both local and American continental breakfast. The rooms are not large but sufficient for 2 persons. The biggest problem I found was the way the bath tub is configured. (Some rooms only have shower enclosures)...

Hotel a little bit off the beaten track but still close enough to the main Hanoi attractions. Spent 2 nights with group so I didn't have much downtime in hotel. Rooms and hotel in general clean and well kept. Rooms have all necessary amenities and the wi-fi was free and available in room. Staff was friendly and was able to...

Have just returned back from Hanoi after 5 nights at the Prestige Hotel. The hotel is in a good location a bit away from the madness of the old quarter. it is a 15 minute walk to the lake and the old quarter, but it is very cheap with the taxi. The taxi firm we were told by everyone to...
