We really loved our stay at Hanoi Elite. The price was very reasonable, and service was incredible. We stayed on the 4th floor facing the alley for 2 nights, then went on a 1-night Halong Bay tour, and came back to a 3rd floor room facing the alley. Staff kindly helped us: - Communicate w/ airport staff and arrange car...

Excellent. So warm and welcoming. They did an excellent job helping us arrange everything we needed. The room was great! I would recommend highly! The breakfast was excellent. The staff assistance in planning our trip after leaving Hanoi was so valuable!

We came here and instantly pleased with the accommodations. I'm really happy that they let us check in earlier due to the unexpectedly smooth transportation. The staff were friendly and greeted us a smile on their face, the amenities were great, especially the swimming pool, which is very clean. I enjoyed our view from the room; the beds were actually...

Stayed here to three nights at end of November. Located right in the heart of the old quarter you can step out the hotel into the thick of it. However, it makes for a welcome retreat from the madness outside with good facilities, a decent sized bathroom and modern well looked after bedrooms. We were in the sixth floor which...

Nice service, excellent location and the rooms look more like a 4 or even 5 star hotel in Vietnam. I think the only reason why this hotel doesn't have four stars, is because there is no elevator. Our room, the highest, was on the sixth floor. But if this is no problem for you, do not hesitate. We have been...

Luc Nguyen and his staff were amazing in every regard during our initial five night stay, and subsequent stays! Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with cold drinks and towels before going up to our modern and spacious room. They even noticed that my birthday fell on our second day there, so they decorated our bed...

This was our first ever trip to Vietnam, and it is in great parts thanks to our stay at the Elite Hanoi Hotel that we can't wait to go back. The hotel is right at the centre of the old quarter, you literally step out of the door and into the action. However you really wouldn't know it once you're...

We were only booked to stay at the Hanoi Elite Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived in the afternoon, and were given a fantastic orientation to the city, which can be daunting. The room - the room was pretty standard, very clean, well conditioned, and not very loud (for a city). The location was amazing, we didn't...

I stayed at Hanoi Elite for a few nights and my expectations were exceeded by far. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Transportation, tours and everyday advice services were provided which was a great help to me. The room was comfortable, clean and included a laptop which was a nice touch. There isn't an elevator, so for...
