Good central location, but main receptionist was quite pushy with tours. Breakfast was very basic- instant noodles (which tasted like soap once), toast, etc. After two days we didn't bother with it. The welcome drink was a nice touch but everyday we felt like we were being punished a little more for not getting the tour. Once we only had...

Adorable staffs, Mr.Alex, the tour operator, went above and beyond in helping me.. Very easy to find and right in the heart of the exciting Ha Noi area. Close to temples, shops & eateries. and the communal area was really cozy to meet travelers from all over the world. I've been here already twice because this place has not a single...

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are super friendly and truly care about their customers. The pricing is great for a private bathroom with ensuite. We stayed for 2 nights, went to Halong Bay and returned back to Green Street Hotel. The breakfast was simple but perfect to start the day. The only downfall was we had to...

We stayed here 2 nights and those were the worse nights in the whole Vietnam trip. Rooms were very humid, the bathroom old and dirty and the bed sheet seems to be wet all the time due to the humidity. Staff is very friendly they tried to do their best all the time, they changed our room but the new...

Any tiny problems that you might find with the hotel are soon forgotten when you meet the lovely staff. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and there's hot running water round the clock- definitely a bargain price for what you get here. I highly recommend booking your trips (Halong Bay, Sapa etc) at the hotel, reasonable prices and...

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful if they tried! The facilities were in fine shape, and staff was quick to tend to any needs or issues if they occurred. Yen was the friendliest man I have ever met in my life, and truly made my stay an experience I will never forget. Friends first, then customers....

Alex and Ian were really great to us during our trip to Vietnam. We used Green Street as our hub in Hanoi every time we returned from our trips to Sapa, Halong, and Ninh Binh. The rooms are really clean, quiet and comfortable with good wifi and aircon and nice shower. The staff is so friendly and helpful and can...

I stayed in a private room here. My bathroom leaked to the rooms below and I was interrupted quite a few times. These things happen, and they were very apologetic for the interruptions. The room was clean. My turn off was smoking was allowed in the restaurant. I also found they quoted different prices for rooms. I paid less per...
