The room is great. It's big, clean and new. There are rooms with balcony and view to the city. Friendly staff, great location, breakfast is included and it's good. Great value for money. Definitely stay here again when visit Hanoi next time.

Wonderful and smartly dressed staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. There's a very pleasant dining area which opens onto the passing parade of hawkers. We had a quiet and contented sleep. Highly recommended.

We heard about this hotel from a travel blog. It turned out to be nice and clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great. Value for money, recommended for a budget minded traveller.

Nope I don't think so as I send the money and passport to the front counter which is safe kept by the owner. We did for 2 nights and it's safe.
