Good hotel, in a perfect position to visit Hanoi (in the city center but in a silent street), very well run by professional and helpful staff. I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and everything was perfect: clean and silent rooms, comfortable beds, very good and big breakfast included (the best I've found in Vietnam). Staff has been very helpful:...

It was excellent hospitality! If the staff of a place are nice, your stay always is amazing! The staff were super nice here, they booked train tickets to sapa for us and they booked airport transfers, everything was always on or before time and they even provided free breakfast when we arrived at 4am from sapa. The rooms very quite...

We really felt like at home in the Symphony hotel. The manager took care of everything, organized an amazing cruize to Ha Long Bay, treated us exceptionally well. The hotel itself is very clean and in a good condition. The location is perfect as well - you can walk from there basically anywhere you like. Strongly recommend. If I come...

We have been travelling through asia for almost 4 months now, and the stay we had at this hotel was by far one of the best. The pickup and drop off to airport was cheaper than other taxis, and we were greeted so warmly even after they had to wait over an hour for us to extend our visas. The...

While we were not able to stay at the Hanoi Symphony Hotel due to unexpected Vietnam visa issues, I had MANY pleasant emails with them prior to our departure. They helped arrange a hotel airport transfer and answered all questions promptly. Most importantly, when our trip changed last-minute, they were sympathetic and kind. They even overrode their cancellation policy, which...

Stayed here with a friend and had a great time. Rooms are clean, decent size and have everything you need. The location is in the middle of everything yet not in one of those backpacker alleys and you don't feel like you're going to get run over by a scooter the minute you step out the door. Just about a...

We are very lucky to have booked Symphony Hotel and met with the owner, Mr. Cuong. He helped us booked Halong bay tour and Tam Coc Hoa Lu tour. He told us the fee he quoted includes everything in it; so when the tour guide asked money from us for the boat fee in Halong Bay, we complained to Mr....
