Mr Keng, the manager was indeed hospitable and informative. The rooms were really nice and staffs were really flexible for all the requests we asked. Suggestions from the staffs about the trips and holiday to halong bay, perfume pagoda and etc... were really effective and they were really honest. Despite the language gap, it is still acceptable if we communicate...

I stayed here for 5 nights a couple of weeks ago. My room was nice enough, with a laptop for guests to use. There was no personal safe in the room, but there was a small cupboard with a key in it, so I used that. The noise from outside dies down at about 10 pm , so sleep wasn't...

Our two nights at Symphony Hotel was the best thing that could have happened to us. The owner of the hotel offered us one of the best service we've ever seen. He helped us to book our trip to Sapa and to Halong Bay. He let us use one of the room after the night train from Sapa so we...

The staff here were unsurpassed in their assistance with tours and pickups and general information. I stayed in other places while in Vietnam, but none were quite as helpful as the staff here. I was allowed to stay in my room after the 2pm exit time to fit in with catching the night train to Sapa. Staff took me to...

They speak very good english so it was easy to book a tour to Halong Bay with them. We stayed in a small room but for the price we thought it...

We have booked balcony room, but when we arrived it was not available as the previous guest got sick and couldn't be moved. The owner gave...

Really enjoyed our stay at the symphony hotel. Close to most the main attractions in Hanoi and a short walk away from the street food and people selling souvenirs. Staff were fantastic in offering advice for trips to halon bay and the bus for trips further down Vietnam. Owner really looks after you, allowed us to have a shower before...

A group of 4 stayed here for two nights before we took a trip to Halong Bay. Hotel is situated in the old quarter and quite close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The hotel is a bit small but nice all the same. Rooms are more than big enough. Best thing about this hotel was Mr.Chang. He gave us great advice...

We stayed 4 nights over 2 stops in Hanoi at Symphony Hotel during our trip in Vietnam. We really enjoyed the great rooms, professional staff and breakfast so we came back when we passed by Hanoi for the second time. Next time we're in town, we'll come here again. Highly recommended!
